I enjoy dishes that are topped with eggs, especially when they are soft boiled. It is important that the white of the egg is not too firm or too runny, but rather opaque. The runny yolk mixes with the curry and the chewy roti below, making it a delicious and satisfying dish that will surely make you smile.

The Teh Tarik here is also delicious – a bit sweet, but oh my god! It pairs perfectly with the Roti Banjir.
